Turtle Tots Staffordshire was a unique commercial learn-to-swim facility delivered within a restricted building footprint, requiring careful planning and close coordination with the principal contractor responsible for the wider development.
The Bunka Pool was fully integrated into the surrounding structure, creating a purpose-built teaching environment specifically designed for babies, young children and families. Every element of the installation was engineered to maximise operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of water quality, safety and long-term reliability.
From initial design through to commissioning, the complete project was successfully delivered in just four months and constructed in full accordance with PWTAG guidance, providing a premium commercial swimming facility capable of supporting year-round learn-to-swim programmes.
This project represents one of the first commercial installations of the Bunka MK1™ System, demonstrating Bunka’s ability to integrate structural engineering, mechanical services, water treatment and environmental control into one complete commercial aquatic solution.
